Description
This state-approved pre-license course is designed to provide aspiring real estate professionals with the knowledge, skills, and legal understanding required to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. Covering the fundamentals of real estate law, finance, contracts, agency, and ethics, this course prepares students to pass the Georgia real estate licensing exam and confidently enter the industry.

CONDITIONAL ENROLLMENT: The class is conditioned upon no fewer than 10 students enrolling. In the event the class enrollment has not met the threshold, the school may cancel the course. You will be enrolled in the next class, or you may request a full refund. You will receive your refund once you have returned your textbook to the school.
MAKE UP POLICY: You may miss up to 12 hours (4 sessions) of this course but must make up the missed time per school policy. If you miss more than 12 hours of this course, you will have to start the course over by enrolling in a future course and paying a reenrollment fee.
REFUND POLICY: You may withdraw from the class no later than 7 days prior to the start day of the class. If you timely cancel, you have the option of moving to a future class or you may request a full refund. You will receive your refund once you have returned your textbook to the school. If you cancel late, you will not be eligible for a refund and may take the class at a future class.
