PRE-LICENSE COURSES:
Title: Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License (Course #78270)
Description: This pre-license course is designed to provide aspiring real estate professionals with the knowledge, skills, and legal understanding required to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. Covering the fundamentals of real estate law, finance, contracts, agency, and ethics, this course prepares students to pass the Georgia real estate licensing exam and confidently enter the industry.
Attendance Policy: Students cannot be late for any session and must remain with their face visible on camera for the entire course as scheduled. Students will receive a 15-minute break during the class and a short break prior to any exam. Student must make up any missed time by attending another session. IN ADDITION, STUDENTS MAY MISS NO MORE THAN 12 HOURS OF THE COURSE IN WHICH THEY ARE ENROLLED. If a student misses more than 12 hours, that students must start over subject to a re-enrollment fee. No refunds will be issued, for any reason, once the course has started.
Completion & Credit: Course includes in-classroom exercises and homework which must be completed to receive credit for the course. Course includes a final exam of no fewer than 150 questions which student must correctly answer 72% of the questions correctly in order to receive credit as described above.
Students may not receive Continuing Education credit for any course he/she has taken in the previous calendar year.
School will electronically register Students’ credit earned with the Georgia Real Estate Commission within one business day of course completion.
Evaluation Policy: Students will be given the opportunity to evaluate the course material and the effectiveness of the instruction provided.

CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES:
Attendance Policy: Students cannot be late for the CE class and must remain with their face visible on camera for the entire course as scheduled OR in the classroom if it is a live course. Students will receive a 15-minute break during the CE class. There is no make-up opportunity for any student who does not attend, is late, or leaves early. No refunds will be issued 48-hours prior to the CE class starting.
